Returns & Exchanges

You may cancel a transaction and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and still has its tags attached.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, in new condition, with no signs of use, washing or wear. Please include proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

To open a return or exchange request, contact us via the "Contact" page or at hello@amen-fashion.com with your order number and details, and we will guide you through the process.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. As permitted by law, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

You may exchange an item for a different size or product, subject to availability. For size exchanges, we're happy to help you find the right fit.

If you received a damaged item or one that doesn't match your order, contact us promptly and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at our expense.

For returns of convenience (no defect), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For returns due to a defect or our error, shipping is on us.
