The site amen-fashion.com (the "Site") is operated by AMEN FASHION (the "Company", "we"). Full business details appear at the bottom of this page.

We may update these terms from time to time; the updated version applies from the moment it is published on the Site. Please review them before each purchase.

Products are sold in limited editions and subject to stock availability. Product images are illustrative; slight colour differences between screen and the actual item may occur.

An order is complete only after payment is confirmed. We may decline an order in case of stock shortage, a pricing error, or suspected misuse.

Prices are listed in Israeli New Shekels (₪). The business is registered as a VAT-exempt dealer (Osek Patur) and does not charge VAT. Shipping cost, if any, is shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

Payment is processed via SUMIT's secure payment gateway. Card details are encrypted and handled directly by the payment provider, and are not stored on the Company's servers.

We ship across Israel. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from order confirmation, unless stated otherwise. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs and pickup options are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure.

You may cancel a transaction and return an item under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and our returns policy. Full details are on the "Returns & Exchanges" page.

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the product in question, to the extent permitted by law.

Use of personal information provided on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute lies with the competent courts in Israel.
